Reiki is not inherently dangerous, but there are some potential risks associated with it. One concern is that people may rely solely on Reiki for treatment of serious medical conditions, instead of seeking conventional medical care. Additionally, if a Reiki practitioner is not properly trained or ethical, there is a risk of inappropriate or harmful practices. It's important for individuals to use Reiki as a complementary therapy, in conjunction with traditional medical treatment, and to seek out reputable and well-trained practitioners. **
